Returns Policy

Change-of-mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, allowing you to make decisions that suit you.

To be eligible for change-of-mind returns:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

- Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photographs where applicable

We will collaborate with you to provide an appropriate remedy, in alignment with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products include guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. In the case of a major failure, you may be entitled to choose between a refund or a replacement. 

If a product has a minor failure, we have the option to repair, replace, or refund the item as required by law.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email contact@gusandfriends.com.au and include:

- Your order number

- The reason for return

- Photographs if applicable

We will provide you with return instructions and outline the next steps.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned items. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
